The spirit of Christmas came early to hundreds of deserving beneficiaries when BFC Laboratories—the manufacturer of Cosmo Cee Vitamin C, Cosmo Skin Glutathione and other bestselling health and dietary supplements, teamed up with Star Magic, the creative and talent management arm of ABS-CBN, in bringing hope, joy and love this Christmas season.

“We are privileged to give something back to Filipinos this Christmas,” says Nino Bautista, who along with John Redentor Gatus, Jr. founded BFC Laboratories more than a decade ago. “It’s our way of sharing all the blessings that we received this 2018, which put simply has been a very good year for us.”

Along with Star Magic’s Gerald Anderson, BFC Laboratories visited the Good Samaritan Nursing Home last December 2, 2018. While there, the group interacted with and staged a short program, complete with games, for the enjoyment the project’s recipients.

As expected, gifts packed with BFC’s bestselling health and dietary supplements were provided to the beneficiaries, which in the spirit of the holidays was distributed in bulk to the beneficiaries for distribution and sharing during Christmas itself.

“As a company, we value the health of Filipinos, so we made sure that this year, BFC will not waiver in promoting health and wellness in the country,” Mr. Bautista explains, adding that BFC Laboratories also initiated various promotions that took into account not only the health but the pockets of Filipinos. “For this year, aside from the annual outreach project with Star Magic, we also implemented a 12 Days of Christmas promotional campaign with Watsons stores. We installed Christmas-inspired booths at all their stores nationwide with a Buy 2, Take 1 promo for all
our products—thus, making it even more affordable and available to everyone.”

He added that the promo, which incidentally coincided with the outreach project, will last until almost Christmas Eve. “It’s actually a public service if you think about it,” he says, noting that enjoying good health is a right that everyone should have. “As long as it could, BFC is committed with its annual outreach program in spreading hope, joy and health not only this Christmas Season but beyond.”
