We are referring of course to psyllium fiber.  Although other sources of dietary fiber are used in fiber supplements, psyllium fiber has remained popular through the years.  This is because some of the fiber supplements available in the market are mixed with artificial flavors, food grade coloring, fillers and are sometimes even mixed with beverages to make them more palatable to consumers.
